Thank you so much for your advice! Hopefully I’ll be able to do shifts at the Italian restaurant while working there. I have 21 hours scheduled for this week, which will help pay for my rent from the beginning of August! I need to earn a total of £620 by the 1st of September, so hopefully I’ll be able to earn enough to cover it all :) Then keep working through September to earn some pocket money for the start of term! I’m going to try to sell some clothes and books as well, to pay off my overdraft. Plus, my laptop’s been fixed, and I got the credit report for my account, so now I know what’s stopping me getting a student account! So hopefully I’ll get an extra overdraft on top of that too.

Edit: Just got a four hour shift at the restaurant Wednesday night! 25 hours of work! I had my heart set on 40 when I started applying, but I’ll take what I can get!
