This Is All Kinds Of Right of the Day: Plus-size Vogue cover girl Robyn Lawley, a size 16, is the new face — and body — of popular U.K. lingerie line Boux Avenue. She replaces Strictly Come Dancing star Ola Jordan, a size 10.

Lawley, who stands 6’2”, says she spent much of her younger years battling the scale.

I stumbled across pro-anorexia websites and scoured them for tips. I began starving myself and making myself sick after meals. My mum Janne was concerned but she had no idea how serious the problem was. Plus, I became an expert at lying.

Now 23, Lawley is active in promoting healthy bodyimages among women. She even writes a food blog called Robyn Lawley Eats.

I am delighted to be chosen as the face and body of Boux Avenue lingerie. The brand is striving to promote a healthy body image and their size range reflects this.

NO THIS IS NOT ALL KINDS OF RIGHT. HOW THE FUCK IS THIS PROMOTING HEALTHY BODY IMAGES WHEN THIS WOMAN IS A) CONSIDERED PLUS-SIZE AND B) LOOKS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE ANY SIZE SIXTEEN I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY GODDAMN LIFE? I’m meant to be three sizes smaller than her and there is no way in fucking hell I look anything close to that. Girls aren’t going to see this model and think ‘awesome! I’m represented!’ They’re going to see her and think ‘she’s supposed to be my size - what the fuck is wrong with me?’ And it’s going to be even worse because we can’t even say ‘oh these women don’t really exist, these size zeros are unhealthy, they’re dangerous, they’re photoshopped, we shouldn’t aspire to this’, we’re going to see this and think ‘this is what we supposedly are, as a national average size, and yet we don’t look like this. This is meant to be healthy and normal and yet I don’t look like that. Why?’

We’re back at square fucking one, back to having impossible ideals packaged attainable goals. I fucking hate the world.
