Jesus Christ Hell’s Kitchen is like the finest crack.

I’ve been working in the food service industry on and off for five years now, and I’m alternating between ‘that reminds me of so-and-so job!’ and ‘thank fuck I’ve never worked anywhere like that in my life’.

If the whole English degree thing goes to shit I’d love to be a chef.

  1. ballpointbitch said: OH MY GOD. I worked in an industrial kitchen for an event center and there were TWO HEAD CHEFS. Like, one had left and another had been hired but then Chef 1 came back and all they ever did was snipe at each other. SO ANNOYING.
