I bet you could draw your dream geography. Like the handful of places where you always go when you dream? At the back of your high school, or that dark street with all the green branches hanging down, or the circular grocery store, or whatever.

I wonder what the map would look like if everyone drew their dream geographies and then stuck them together. I bet some of the dream places would overlap, or there’d be holes. Or an axis mundi of some kind.

If we all go to this place when we sleep, then there should be maps of it, yeah? Like dreammap.google.com should be a website. Or they should at least have them at the travel agency or whatever. Next to the folded map of Texas is the folded map of dreams, and you take it with you on really long road trips. “Lots of people seem to go to this snowy meadow filled with unicorns—maybe I’ll check that out.”
